Exhortations to Praise GOD, &c.

SING unto Jehovah a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth; ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit : let the inhabitants of the rock sing Let them shout from the top of the mountains. Let them give glory unto Jehovah, and declare his praise in the islands. a

They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of Jehovah, they shall cry aloud from the sea. Wherefore glorify ye Jehovah in the fires, the name of Jehovah, God of Israel, in the isles of the sea. b And let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever. c O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth forever. d O sing unto Jehovah a new song; for he hath done marvellous things; his right hand and his holy arm hath gotten him the victory. O come, let us sing unto Jehovah let us make a joyful noise unto the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
