Biblical Boasting

Xulon Press, 2007 - 112 páginas
Are you looking for more in your life as a child of God? Are you unsatisfied with your walk with God? Are you ready to accept the "challenge of your lifetime"? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions this book is for you. Biblical Boasting is hopefully an encouraging as well as challenging book that one can use in gauging spiritual growth and some action steps you can take to grow and move forward. It is not meant to be an all encompassing guideline for gauging spiritual growth or all steps to take in moving forward. However, it is practical, hopefully easily understood and definitely challenging. In order to be the best at any endeavor there will always be challenges to overcome and growth required. Are you ready to accept the challenge to be the best child of God you can be? Author Bio R. Noll accepted God's plan of redemption and adoption as His child at the age of 6 years old. For six years as a child he was a Preacher's Kid (PK) as his dad was a full time Pastor. Upon graduating high school he successfully completed boot camp at MCRD San Diego and was granted the honor and title of U.S. Marine. After 4 1/4 years of active duty he was honorably discharged and has been an unassigned Marine ever since. (Once a Marine, always a Marine.) R. Noll is a pilgrim in this life seeking to know and understand our Heavenly Father and His kingdom. He seeks to encourage all to accept adoption into God's family, to know and understand and have an intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father and to live in His kingdom.

Página ix - Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
