A History of the Baptist Churches in Nova Scotia is waiting for insertion-a part of which we hope to be able to give in our next Number. A Memoir and Portrait of Mr. Gilbert Pudner will also then appear.

The Review of Mr. Jarman's Sermon on the Duties of Deacons, which through an inadvertency has been omitted the present month, will be given in our Number for April.

We beg leave respectfully to request, that in future, onr Correspondents will send their communications IMMEDIATELY to the Editor of the Baptist Magazine, through our Publishers. The more circuitous mode sometimes adopted, of forwarding books and papers to individuals connected with this Periodical, occasions additional expence and delay, and renders their safe and timely arrival to the final hands less certain.

O. W. is under consideration.-Z. is inadmissible.—The suggestions of J. H. shall be attended to.

We are obliged to our Correspondent at Maldon for the interesting anecdotes of the late venerable Dr. Gill, which shall be inserted as early as possible. G. J. B. is respectfully informed, that the children of Slaves are admitted into our Missionary Schools; but, from the nature of the case, he must be aware that they cannot be received without the express permission of their owner. If our Correspondent wishes for any further information on that subject, we beg leave to refer him to the Secretaries of those Societies.
