II. Promises relating to Sickness, Old Age, &c.
Exod. xxiii. 25. Ye shall serve Of Deliverance the LORD your GOD, and I will from Sickness. take away fickness from the midst
of thee. Exod. xv. 26. If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy GOD, and wilt do that which is right in his fight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes ; I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought
upon the Egyptians ;. For I am the LORD that heal. eth thee.
Job xxxiv. 24. He is gracious unto him, and faith, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom.
Ver. 25. His flesh shall be fresher than a child's :, He shall return to the days of his youth.
Ver. 26. He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him, and he thall see his face with joy :: For he will render unto man his righteousness.
Ver. 28. He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
Pf. xci. 3. Surely he shall deliver thee from the fnare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
Ver. 5. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flieth by day.

III. Of Deliverance from Famine and WANT.
Job v. 20. In famine he shall redeem thee from death.
