A report has been received from the New Bedford Bible Society, but no general operations are mentioned.

MICHIGAN No report has been received from the Wayne County Bible Society, the only auxiliary listed in this state. Scriptures for the destitute are carried to different parts of Michigan by colporteurs of our Northwestern Agency.

MINNESOTA Reports have been received from the Judson and Vicinity Welsh Bible Society, the Ottawa Welsh Bible Society, and the Salem Welsh Bible Society. The Judson and Vicinity Welsh Bible Society reports that every person within the territory of the society has a Bible. Donations have been received from the Blue Earth County Welsh Auxiliary Bible Society, $25; the First Welsh Bible Society, $150; the Judson and Vicinity Welsh Bible Society, $200, and the Ottawa Welsh Bible Society, $30. Total, $405.

MISSISSIPPI No report has been received from the Copiah County Bible Society of Mississippi. Scriptures are distributed in this state by colporteurs of our Central Agency.

MISSOURI Reports have been received from the Gasconade County Bible Society and the St. Louis Bible Society, without information, however, as to general operations. Donations have been received from the Gasconade Bible Society, $50, and from the New Cambria Bible Society, $60. Total, $110.

MONTANA The First Bible Society of Montana has sent us an annual report without mention of any general operations.

NEBRASKA A report has been received from the Wayne County Welsh Bible Society, but without any mention of general operations. A donation has been received from the Wayne County Welsh Society of $51.76.

NEVADA We have no auxiliaries in this state. The Pacific Agency is charged with the supply of the destitute here.

NEW HAMPSHIRE No report has been received from the New Hampshire Bible Society, but from it a donation of $1,000 has been received.

NEW JERSEY Reports have been received from the Sussex County Bible Society, the Union County Bible Society, and the Warren County Bible Society, without any mention, however, of general operations. Donations have been received from the Mercer County Bible Society, $100; Middlesex County Bible Society, $6.95; Morris County Bible Society, $600 ; Salem County Bible Society, $63.58; Sussex County Bible Society, $30; Union County Bible Society, $50; Warren County Bible Society, $87.41. Total, $937.94.

NEW YORK No report has been received from the Buffalo and Erie Bible Society. A report has been received from the Dutchess County Female Bible Society. It has the co-operation of twelve churches and thirty distributing and collecting agents are employed. Six hundred families were visited during the year. Six families were found destitute and supplied with Scriptures. An informal report was received from the Geneva Bible Society stating that a fire had damaged the Bibles in the depository, and that more books were to be ordered, but no general operations were mentioned. A report was received from the Ghent Bible Society. This society reports that a canvass is made of the town every year and all needs supplied. A report has been received from the Holland Patent Welsh Bible Society stating that six distributing and collecting agents are employed, but giving no mention of general operations. The Livingston County Bible Society reports visits to 220 families. Fifty families found destitute have been supplied and thirty-eight Sunday school children have been supplied with Scriptures. Eighty-seven volumes of Scriptures have been sold in addition. There are nine churches co-operating with this society, and one distributing and collecting agent is employed. A report has been received from the Long Island Bible Society showing a prosperous year. The 59th annual report has been received from the Rome and Vicinity Welsh Bible Society, without any information of general operations. The Westchester County Bible So. ciety reports visits to 300 families during the year and thirty-five families found destitute and supplied with Scriptures. Reports have also been received from the Schenectady County Bible Society and the Schoharie County Bible Society, but with no details of general operations.

Donations have been received from the Albany County Bible Society, $600; Columbia County Bible Society, $50; Dutchess County Female Bible Society, $250 ; Floyd Welsh Bible Society, $17.84; Freedom Welsh Bible Society, $68.60 ; Ghent Bible Society, $36.14; Granville Welsh Bible Society, $85; Greene County Bible Society, $125; Holland Patent Welsh Bible Society, $39.04 ; Jefferson County Bible Society, $4.08; Livingston County Bible Society, $1; Long Island Bible Society, $500; Middle Granville Welsh Bible Society, $20 ; Montgomery County Bible Society, $18.80; Nelson Welsh Bible Society, $21 ; Orange County Bible Society, $700; Remsen, Steuben and Vicinity Bible Society, $19.63 ; Rome Welsh Bible Society, $70 ; Schoharie County Bible Society, $32 ; Sullivan County Bible Society, $93.28; Ulster County Bible Society, $30; Utica and Vicinity Welsh Bible Society, $185; New York City Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Bible Society, $196.95; Westchester County Bible Society, $750. NORTH CAROLINA No reports have been received from auxiliary Bible societies in North Carolina, but a donation has been received from the Tirzah Bible Society of $150.

NORTH DAKOTA We have no auxiliaries in this state. The supply of

Scriptures is sent from our Northwestern Agency at Chicago.

OHIO Reports have been received from the Loveland and Vicinity Bible Society and the Oxford Bible Society, without, however, giving any account of general operations. The report of the Shawnee Welsh Bible Society shows that four collecting agents are employed, but no general operations are mentioned. The Steubenville Female Bible Society reports having supplied three destitute families, fortynine immigrants, and forty Sunday-school children with Scriptures, employing one person in canvassing. The Troy Female Bible Society reports visits to 415 families, ten families found destitute and supplied, fourteen other indi. viduals, and three Sunday-school children supplied with Scriptures. One distributing and collecting agent is employed.

Donations have been received from the Auglaize County Bible Society, $77.34; Cedarville Bible Society, $120; Gomer Welsh Bible Society, $90; Jackson and Gallia Welsh Bible Society, $354.47; Loveland and Vicinity Bible Society, $75; Oxford Bible Society, $30; Piqua Female Bible Society, $200 ; Shawnee Welsh Bible Society, $10.85; Steubenville Female Bible Society, $165. Total, $1,122.66.

OKLAHOMA We have no auxiliaries in this state, but colporteurs from our Southwestern Agency distribute Scriptures.

OREGON We have no auxiliaries in this state, which is included in the field of our Pacific Agency.

PENNSYLVANIA No reports have been received from the Johnstown Welsh Bible Society or the Scranton Welsh Bible Society. The Pennsylvania Bible Society, which was the first Bible society organized in the United States, combines its efforts with those of our Atlantic Agency, of which it is a component part, its directors forming the Advisory Committee of the Agency.

RHODE ISLAND We have no auxiliaries in this state, the State Bible Society being entirely independent.

SOUTH CAROLINA A report has been received from the Abbeville County Bible Society, but no general operations are mentioned. Donations have been received from the Abbeville County Bible Society, $150; Charleston Bible Society, $200; Cheraw Bible Society, $16.27; Rocky Creek Bible Society, $49.15; Union Bible Society of Fairfield and Richland Counties, $44.37; Waxhaw and Shiloh Bible Society, $60.06; York County Bible Society, $30. Total, $549.85.

SOUTH DAKOTA No reports have been received from auxiliary societies in this state, but a donation of $30 has been received from the Plana Welsh Bible Society. The main supply of Scriptures is sent from our Northwestern Agency.

TENNESSEE A report has been received from the Humboldt Bible Society, but no details are given of general operations. The Central Agency has general responsibility for the support of the destitute.

TEXAS The Austin Bible Society has sent us an informal report without information as to general operations. The Houston County Bible Society has sent us a report, but no details of general operations are given. A donation of $20 has been received from the Houston County Bible Society. The Southwestern Agency is established in Dallas, and watches over the needs of Texas.

UTAH We have no auxiliaries in this state, which is one of those included in the field of our Western Agency.

VERMONT No reports have been received from auxiliary Bible societies in Vermont, but donations have been received from the Fairhaven Welsh Bible Society, $50; and from the West Pawlet Welsh Bible Society, $25. Total, $75.
