A Parish has been organized at Low Point, under the title of “The Rector, Wardens, and Vestrymen of St. Mark's Church, Low Point," and will commence building a church either this autumn or early in the spring. The demand for a larger church in my own Parish is more urgent than ever. From a spiritual point of view, my labor has not been in vain. The field is interesting, and the prospect every year more and more promising.

Our Parish has been abundantly blessed by the Great Head of the Church during the past year. We report a larger number of baptisms and communicants than any previous year in our parochial history. And the Rector delights with thankfulness to report a great interest in the Services of the Church, and a decided and perceptible influence of the wholesome teaching of onr Spiritual Mother on the whole neighborhood. And the people have been more ready to bring a liberal ofiering to God's Altar for the furtherance of the Church's work. On St. Paul's night, the anniversary of the opening of the Parish School, the Rector received from his parishioners and friends one hundred and fifty dollars ($150), a strong proof of their consideration of his necessities, and their wish to aid him in his missionary efforts. May they continue to manifest more and more zeal for the Redeemer's Kingdom, and be daily builded up in their love and devotion to His Church.

I must also say that this Parish assisted the Parish in Fishkill in giving a surplice, stole, and sermon-cover, on Easter Day, to the Rev. Mr. Thomas, a former Rector of Trinity Church, Fishkill, and a dear friend of both congregations.
