The greater number of the delegates to the Conference arrived at Kingston, Jamaica, on Monday, Jan. 28, by the S.S. "Coronado" from England via Trinidad and Central America. On arrival they were met at the wharf by several of the Jamaica delegates, including the Colonial Secretary, Colonel the Hon. H. Bryan, C.M.G., D.S.O; the Director of Agriculture, Mr. H. H. Cousins, M.A.; and Messrs. C. C. Gowdey and C. G. Hansford, Joint Secretaries of the Conference.
