31. Joshua. Son of Nun of Tribe of Ephraim, born in Egypt about 1537 B.C. was one of twelve spies sent out to spy the land of Canaan. After Moses' death 1450 B.C. he became the leader of Israel. Was a great general. Died about 1427 B.C. This speech was delivered just before his decease.
