23 And it came to pass, after all thy wickedness, (wo, wo unto thee! saith the Lord Goo,)

24 That thou hast also built unto thee an eminent place, and hast made thee a high place in every street.

35 ¶ Wherefore, O harlot, hear the word of the LORD;

36 Thus saith the Lord Gon, Because thy filthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers, and with all the idols of thy abominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didst give unto them; 37 Behold, therefore, I will gather 25 Thou hast built thy high place at all thy lovers, with whom thou hast every head of the way, and hast made taken pleasure, and all them that thou thy beauty to be abhorred, and bast hast loved, with all them that thou opened thy feet to every one that pass-hast hated; I will even gather them ed by, and multiplied thy whoredoms. round about against thee, and will dis 26 Thou hast also committed forni-[cover thy nakedness unto them, that cation with the Egyptians thy neigh-they may see all thy nakedness. bours, great of flesh; and hast increas- 38 And I will judge thee, as women ed thy whoredoms, to provoke me to that break wedlock, and shed blood, anger. are judged; and I will give thee blood 27 Behold, therefore, I have stretch-in fury and jealousy. ed out my hand over thee, and have| 39 And I will also give thee into diminished thine ordinary food, and their hand, and they shall throw down delivered thee unto the will of them thine eminent place, and shall break that hate thee, the daughters of the down thy high places: they shall strip Philistines, which are ashamed of thy│thee also of thy clothes, and shall take lewd way. thy fair jewels, and leave thee naked and bare.

29 Thou hast moreover multiplied| thy fornication in the land of Canaan lunto Chaldea, and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

30 How weak is thy heart, saith the Lord God, seeing thou doest all these things the work of an imperious whorish woman;

41 And they shall burn thy houses with fire, and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of many women: and I will cause thee to ceasefrom playing the harlot, and thou also shalt give no hire any more.

42 So will I make my fury toward thee to rest, and my jealousy shall de part from thee, and I will be quiet, aud will be no more angry.

49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her, and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
