(1) Many Chriftians having been much perplex'd and troubled about the Senfe of this Place, I offer the following Obfervations to be confi dered by them.

First, The falling away fpoken of here, is manifeftly the Sin of Apoftat, the renouncing the Chriftian Religion, and going to any other Profef fion of Religion, whether Jewish, or Heathen. Not only the Expreffion, Falling away, imports this, but thefe Words, Ver. 6. Seeing they crucife to
