the waters it is the glorious God, that maketh the thunder.

It is the Lord, that ruleth the sea; the voice of the Lord is mighty in operation: the voice of the Lord is a glorious voice.

The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedar-trees: yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Libanus.

He maketh them also to skip like a calf Libanus also, and Sirion, like a young unicorn.

The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire; the voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness: yea, the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Cades.

The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to bring forth young, and discovereth the thick bushes : in His temple doth every man speak of His honour.

The Lord sitteth above the water-flood and the Lord remaineth a king for ever.

The Lord shall give strength unto His people the Lord shall give His people the blessing of peace.

What man is he that lusteth to live and would fain see good days? Keep thy tongue from evil: and thy lips, that they speak no guile. Eschew evil and do good: seek peace, and ensue it.

The eyes of the Lord are over the righteous and His ears are open unto their prayers.

The countenance of the Lord is against them that do evil : to root out the remembrance of them from the earth.

The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth them and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

and will save such as be of an humble spirit. Great are the troubles of the righteous : but the Lord delivereth him out of all.

He keepeth all his bones: so that not one of them is broken.

But misfortune shall slay the ungodly and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

The Lord delivereth the souls of His servants and all they that put their trust in Him shall not be destitute.

Thanksgiving for the fruits of the earth, with allusion to spiritual fruits.

Thou that hearest the prayer : unto Thee shall all flesh come.

My misdeeds prevail against me: O be Thou merciful unto our sins.

Blessed is the man whom Thou choosest, and receivest unto Thee : he shall dwell in Thy court, and shall be satisfied with the pleasures of Thy house, even of Thy holy temple.

O Lord, my God, I cried unto Thee: and Thou hast healed me. Thou, Lord, hast brought my soul out of hell: Thou hast kept things in Thy righteousness, O God my life from them that go down to the pit.

Thou shalt shew us wonderful

of our salvation: Thou that art the hope of all the ends of the earth, and of them that remain in the

broad sea.

Who in His strength setteth fast the mountains: and is girded about with power.

Who stilleth the raging of the sea: and the noise of His waves, and the madness of the people.

They also that dwell in the uttermost parts of the earth shall be afraid at Thy tokens: Thou that makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to praise Thee.

Thou visitest the earth, and blessest it: Thou makest it very plenteous.

The river of God is full of water Thou preparest their corn, for so Thou providest for the

earth.

Thou waterest her furrows, Thou sendest rain into the little valleys thereof Thou makest it soft with the drops of rain, and blessest the increase of it.

Thou crownest the year with Thy goodness and Thy clouds drop

fatness.

They shall drop upon the dwellings of the wilderness and the little hills shall rejoice on every side.

The folds shall be full of sheep : the valleys also shall stand so thick with corn, that they shall laugh and sing.

Sing praises unto the Lord, O ye saints of His: and give thanks unto Him for a remembrance of His holiness.

For His wrath endureth but the

twinkling of an eye, and in His pleasure is life: heaviness may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be removed : Thou, Lord, of Thy goodness hast made my hill so strong.

Thou didst turn Thy face from me: and I was troubled.

Then cried I unto Thee, O Lord and gat me to my Lord right humbly.

What profit is there in my blood: when I go down to the pit?

Shall the dust give thanks unto Thee : or shall it declare Thy truth?

Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me : Lord, be Thou my helper.

Thou hast turned my heaviness into joy Thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with glad

ness.

:

Therefore shall every good man sing of Thy praise without ceasing : my God, I will give thanks unto Thee for ever.

I have promised to keep Thy HOU art my portion, O Lord:

I made my humble petition in Thy presence with my whole heart : O be merciful unto me, according to Thy word.

It is time for Thee, Lord, to lay to Thine hand for they have destroyed Thy law.
