great vileness, many backslidings, and innumerable daily transgressions, for any of which we deserve thy wrath, but how much more for all. It sheweth not the least of thy power and love, that we are inclined to praise thee, this day, and to ask of thee a fresh supply of that heavenly treasure of thy grace, without which, such is our own spiritual poverty, we must languish and die. Grant us therefore this, and every other needful blessing to thy glory, for the sake of our advocate and mediator, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Our Father, &c.

CONCLUDING COLLECT.

O LORD God, to whom we have now made our prayers and supplications, shew us the way we should walk in this day. Stablish, strengthen, and settle us in the reverential love of thee, and in patient continuance in well doing, for the sake of Jesus Christ, our only Lord and Saviour. Amen.

THE peace of God which passeth all understanding, keep our hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of God, and of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord; and the blessing of God Almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, be amongst us, and remain with us, always. Amen.
