n BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT. The financial department and general business matters pertaining to the publishing of the Mercersburg Quarterly Review, have been, in accordance with the late action of the Alumni Association, transferred to the Rev. Geo. B. Russell, of Pittsburgh, Pa. In view of its high character in the past and present, and also in view of the new interest and variety which the Editors propose to give it in the future, it should be heartily sustained. A large addition should be made to the subscription list; and as this is directly to the advantage of the Association, all the Alumni should make personal exertion to multiply its circulation. To secure this, the publisher offers the following inducements, which are as liberal as the present circumstances will allow. The year always begins with the January number. Notice of discontinuance must be give by December 1st. To insure attention to this, all arrearages must be paid. TERMS OF THE MERCERSBURG REVIEW.
