LORD of all power and might, who art the author and giver of all good things; graft in our hearts the love of thy name, increase in us true religion, nourish us with all goodness, and of thy great mercy keep us in the fame; and grant unto all that are admitted into the fellowship of Chrift's religion, that they may avoid those things which are contrary to their profeffion, and follow all fuch things as are

ALMIGHTY God, who hast called us with an high and holy calling, grant us through thy grace fo to believe in thy fon Jefus Chrift, as the way, the truth, and the life, that we may be established in the faith of his holy gofpel; in every time of difficulty and temptation, may we stedfaftly look up to heaven, and, by faith, behold the glory that shall be revealed; and having followed the example of our Saviour's humility, patience, and obedience, may we at length become partakers of his resurrection; and be made like unto him, in thy glorious and everlasting kingdom.
