This Church is located in an isolated part of city. All persons come by street car. Christ Mission, which it started, is now St. Paul's Church, and the books show 79 transfers to this mission. Some of these are returning now.

Through the generosity of the Seamen's Church Institute, and the kindness of the Archdeaconry of Richmond, All Saints' Parish has secured the building formerly known as the Church of Our Saviour, and anchored in the East River, but now moored at the foot of Van Nam Avenue and Richmond Terrace, Mariners' Harbor, S. I.

It is known as the "Floating Church," and seats 300 people.

This building came to us completely equipped for worship, but needing paint and repairs, which we are now giving it, the cost of which does not appear in this year's report.
