Facsimile of the Frontispiece to the first edition of the Holy War, engraved by Robert White. The
portrait of Bunyan drawn on vellum by the same artist, and preserved in the Cracherode Collection,
furnished the basis of this full-length portrait, and also of the sleeping likeness prefixed to the
third edition of the Pilgrim's Progress, 1679.
