Distinguish between Antioch chap. xiii. vv. 1 and 14. (d) When and where did the Catechism first appear in our PrayerBook, and from what sources was it chiefly derived? Who were its compilers, and what important addition was made at the Hampton Court Conference? What does its name import, and to what rite should it lead? Whence is the practice of naming children derived? Give other names for god-parents.
